Hello new member here
 

Thought i would just say hi. I am a mother of 5 and with each child afew pounds or more have made themselves at home :( so now that my family is complete i have decided it is about time i evicted the extra pounds :) It is not going to be easy i know as i have about 52 pounds to lose to start with and then see where it goes from there. I live in the uk....am thinking this is an american site due to the time on here...correct me if i am wrong :dizzy:

We have a great UK Chicks forum, as well as groups for different age groups, eating plans, etc. So look around, and you're sure to find a great fit. Even though we are US-based, we do have lots of UK and other international posters.
