Hi I am Nicole mother of 5. I am looking for some woman who are in the same place in life I am, I am at least 70 lbs over wieght and for years have neglected me, being a mom came first but I am beginning to realize I am not hapy and a big reason for that is the way I look, My self confidence is gone, I have no energy, I am sure because I am becoming so down about myself. I am not sure how to do, I plan to of couse snack on veggies and fruit rather then chips and donuts. I plan to start an excersise program but thats where I am worried I cant do it, I have no one to help me, get me off my butt, remind to go, I would love to have a buddy here in winniepg to do this with, and even celebrate together as we both/all reach our goals

I am also 5 months pregnant and have recently been seperated, so whne I say I really need support and help I mean it, I am a little scared, and not sure I can do this, for the sake of this new baby I have to change my habits as they say your baby is in jepordy if you are overwieght, and well I dont want to over gain while pregnant, so if there is anyone who even wants to be an online buddy or kick my butt friend..please let me know I am honest and really need help
