New and need accountability

Hello all. I've been browsing this forum for awhile and I think it will help me if I actively participate. I'm trying to lose weight using a low carb diet and I do great every other day. Today is one of the BAD days and I'm eating everything not nailed down. So hello and good luck to us all.
