Hi everyone!

I stumbled across this site by chance this morning and signed up right away! This is exactly what I need right now.
I am five feet nothing, very overweight, and have a history of diabetes, cancer, blah blah blah on both sides of my family. I need to start taking care of myself and my body if I want to enjoy a long, healthy life. I'm not interested in diets - I'm interested in a lifestyle change.

Anyway, can't wait to meet everyone!
