My question to you all is....when did you decide that you were going to lose the weight? Did you have a "rock bottom" moment? Was it a photo? a rude comment?
I decided I needed to lose the weight when I went on vacation to Mexico a few months ago...I felt so uncomfortable in my bathing suit and horrible looking at myself in the summer outfits...I knew I needed to do something before summer because I would be miserable if I didnt. Hope to hear from you!
I realized I had a "Yut" and that I was trying to hide it with a girdle. I realized that if I lost weight I wouldnt have to hide it anymore because it wouldnt be there. That was my "rock bottom" moment
SHOCKED at how quickly I put on weight on a break from Weight Watchers - added pounds every week when I was eating normally - scary - something has to change.... AND I promised myself I will be able to sleeveless tops this summer.
When I could no longer fit into my fatter pants and had to go up a size to OMG pants. I know have 4 different sizes of clothes in my closet, this is crazy.
my rock ottom moment was when i realised i was no longer letting my hband see me naked,getting undressed in the dark,pretty much everything in the dark if you get my drift,im 34 and not ready to give up on my marriage or my love life,so i know i HAVE to change
I guess the reason I decided to get serious is because I am tried of not being able to go for a run, feeling very unattractive, high cholestrol and getting weighrd in at the Dr.s' office.
