Hi! I am new to the forums, and new to actively trying to lose weight. I have been looking around for a support network and I think this is a good fit for me!

I am not really sure where to start, but looking around this site, I feel like I can find things that might work for me, and hopefully make some friends along the way that understand what I am going through.
