Hi, My name is Jamie and I was looking for a recipe this morning and found these forums...lucky me!!! I am trying desperately to lose weight. I need a support system, some motivation. I am in a deep depression and lately food has taken on a whole new meaning. I have gained about 7 lbs in the last few months...making my total 265. UGH I know I am out f control and I need some help. I know exactly what to do to lose the weight, I have done it before!!! I just need a little push I guess. I know cant keep going like this. Anyways, I hope to get to know everyone soon and I hope I can get my butt in gear!!! :o
