this is my first post. I've been reading random forums, posts here and there for a while now and everyone here seems very friendly and supportive.

I recently started doing to elliptical... its fun b/c you swing around and around but i hope that i dont get bored of it so i am hoping you guys can support me and help me through this new exercise!!
