3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

i was browsing around the web looking for info about alli and came upon this forum. it looks busy and active and full of support necessary for the amount of weight i need to lose, and the time it's going to take. so i decided to jump right in. onward to the mini-bio.

i am 27 years old and i will be getting married on may 21st (less than 2 months!) and while i'm not stressing too much about losing a lot of weight before the wedding (just enough to make sure the dress fits properly because when i bought it i was about 15 lbs less than i am now, yay stress - and any other emotion - eating). i'm more interested in losing the weight so my fiance and i can start a family, and getting pregnant at almost 300lbs is not healthy for mom or baby.

i'm 5'9 and my eventual goal is 175lbs. my fiance is trying to help me by saying once i reach that weight we can try to get pregnant, because he wants kids too. according to my scale this morning, i'm at 293 and hoping to hit 280 before the wedding (13lbs in a little under 2 months shouldn't be hard... right?).
