gastric bypass and still heavy
 

Hi everyone my name is marta and im 46 years old. i had a gastric bypass in 2004 i was 340 lb i lost 120 but now im 297 i feel like i fail. i just quit smoking 2 weeks ago now i would like to work on my weight.

You can totally do this! Try to remember how great it felt before and use that as motivation. :)
