Hi! I'm new here :)

A little about me..I am a stay at home mom to 3 kids, DD 8, and DS and DD twins who are 3. I have struggle with weight issues my whole adult life, and since the twins were born it has become an overwhelming battle. I have very little time for myself taking care of them and have let myself slide up to the heaviest I have ever been.

I am ready to make some changes so I came here looking for support and people who know what I am going through

Cant wait to get to know everyone!

Welcome! I am right there with you. I have three DS's 8 4 and 5 months. Its hard to find time to take care of you with three little ones but its worth it! Good luck to you and I am sure you will find just the support your looking for here its full of great help and great people!
