Okay..I'm not too great at introductions but here goes.
I'm been over weight since I was a teen. Probably around 14 or so. It took me years to gain. Having a kiddo, loving food, loving to cook, and being a couch potato doesn't help much either. I've never really exercised or paid much attention. I'm def. an emotional eater. I have high blood pressure from a childhood issue and my goal is to lose weight to lower my blood pressure. We are moving back home in the fall and I hope to have lost a bit of weight by then. I'm just wanting to be healthier. |

I know that you can do it! Just start out slow with the exercise and modify your diet. Remember every time you eat think about your health!
