New gal to site
Hello Everyone! I'm new to site and seeking support from like minded people. I'm a food addict, and an emotional eater. Last year I learned why I binge eat and I do it to deal with my feelings. Does anyone have these same issues? I'm exercising now regularly, food is just the hardest part.

Take it one day at a time hun, will power is an amazing thing. Stay strong, find a plan that works for you and you will get to your goal weight. I don't have any food issues, I was just eating the wrong things in large portions and was doing little to no exercise. Once I changed my diet and started walking I felt the difference almost immediately. Good luck xx |
