1 Week Down! :)

Hi all! I've been doing IP for 1 week now, and I just had to move my belt 1 notch! My scale says I've lost 14 pounds! I weigh in on Wednesday, so I can't wait to see how it all goes!

That's fabulous!! How are you feeling after one week? Did you struggle the first week? I definitely did (starting day 6 today) but today feels like a new day!
I am down 14 lbs by the scale as well but my official weigh in isn't for another couple days.

It's a great feeling of accomplishment isn't it? To stick with something and see results is amazing.

Congratulations to both of you! I just started IP today, and all the posts I have read about losing weight is making me excited for my first weigh in. I'm really happy to have found people here on IP.
