Pssst....Look over here! xD

I kinda feel im the youngest of the bunch lol but Ive been looking for a good forum now to be able to be lifted and not give up in my workouts. I seem to go on and off. I would go a month or 2, then suddenly stop for a month or so. So I really wanna see myself change for good. Sadly, I cant afford myself to go on a gym, but Ive been working out here at home with treadmill and other workouts. Ive been also reading alot of peoples goals and how much they changed and it pretty much inspired me to get back on track for good. My tummy is the main problem and its so darn stubborn to burn it all down xD Hopefully I can reach my goal as quickly as I can. I was 185 then lost to 175, but recently it came up to 178 cuz ive been missing for a while. lol my goal is to at least get to 130 to 135. Im looking forward to you all! <3 |
You can definitely do it Hun! Stay strong, think about how amazing you will look when you reach your goal.
I read a quote on here yesterday, " A year from now you will be glad you started today" I found it so inspiring I wrote it on a piece of paper and stuck it on the fridge hahaha. Oh quick question, are you eating good food and drinking plenty of water? |

Um, one thing about my eating habits, that I always had trouble eating fruits and vegetables since i was little. I just never liked them. But I like to eat my veggies if they are mixed in pretty well with other foods like soups or rice. My eating habits, I cant really say that i eat all day, but since i have younger siblings in the house, it can be tempting to eat some of their snacks. I usually eat 2 meals a day. I cant seem to eat a full meal in the morning. maybe cuz im not a morning person and i wake up late. Every since i was little i thought u were suppose to over eat until u feel very very full. I got used to that becuase back then my parents would force feed me to eat everything on my plate, Expecially my dad. by the time i turned 17 (now 20) i finally found out that u are supposed to eat little and wait. cuz ur brain takes time to recognize when ur full (something like that) lol if only i knew that back then i wouldnt be this fluffy! |
