Hi Everyone :)
Ok, so heres my history. I have always had weight problems and have always struggled. When I was a teenager I started yo-yo diets and since I always had success with going on these extreme almost starvation diets I really thought that was the only way I could lose weight. So basically I thought in order to be skinny I had to be miserable, because I love food.
I also grew up with poor eating habits, with fast food being a daily meal of mine, at least once a day. Well, Im almost 30 years old now 5'5 and 205lbs, going through depression and a lot of anti-social anxeity which I believe is from being overweight. I just cant accept myself overweight, and because of this no one else pretty much accepts me. I know, its all in the mind. Not only has my weight affected my social life, but it has really affected my health. I think my bodies trying to tell me something and at this point I know I have to listen. So Ive chosen to take a path from 205lbs to 155lbs. And I just really need support to do this. I have a work out plan all set up for me, and my diet consists of just eating healthy and nothing extreme since I know I wont be happy unless I eat. Well Im glad I found this site. Just onne thing, how do I get that goal signature everyone else has? |
