I am New and I am trying really hard to lose 60 pounds and I just started last week. I have tried so many different diets and nothing seems to work and I am determined to lose the weight. I want to try the Wendi Plan/ww and I have some questions. I have already lost 2 pounds so I am on the right track. I am also recovering from a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy and am a little over 2 months post-op so I am still swollen and trying to be careful as well. Thanks
Tizz best of luck with your success, just make sure your body as completely recovered, just start slow.
