Hello....

Hello Everyone,

I'm just starting on this weight loss journey. Actually, I started last monday Feb. 28, and I've lost about 7 pounds as of today. I am on a med called "Metformin". I've been diagnosed with PCOS. This med has taken away my appetite, especially my desires for sweets and other carbs. Therefore, the weight is coming off with a lil help of exercise.... Wish me luck on this jouney. 63 pounds to go!!!!!:carrot:
