Stuck and it sucks!
 

Hi all....I have had an account here for awhile but I kinda fell of the wagon for a period of time. Just after New Years this year, I decided that was it, and I really was going to get rid of the weight once and for all. Since then, I have lost 19 lbs. All 19 was fairly quickly, and now for a good 3 weeks I have hit a wall. All I can think is "really!? SO close to hitting the 20 lb mark, and I get stuck???". I do know it is my own fault...there has been a lot of stress and we have been out of town a lot, so I have just not been eating as well as I did for awhile. I haven't been exercising as religiously as I did, either. Though I am at least maintaining the 19 lbs, so that is a good thing right?

So this is me saying I am done being stuck! This week I am going to break the 20 lbs... I AM...I hope.

Anybody have any good stories to share about a time they hit a wall and managed to get through it somehow? Thanks!

Oh do I know what you mean...I had an account on here last year under a different name and I completely fell off the wagon. Now, I am back and really wanting to stick to it. Congrats on the 19 lbs. How long did it take you to lose the 19 lbs?
