Well Hello All! I am new to this online community thing but I need all the supprt I can get and I want to be able to support others in their journey to a healthier life! I have a blog that I post everyday in I created it mostly as free therapy for myself but I hope that I could possibly help someone else who struggles with thinking they are all alone.
