Hello everyone, I am new to this site and was wondering if anyone is a member of MRC.? I went for my consultation appt and found out how much I need to loose, then I was given the option of joining the plan. My questions are to those who are on the plan, or have been on the plan...what is involved in the "pre-conditioning" phase, and are the supplements necessary or are there other alternatives that will do the same thing. Also, I am worried and scared that after I pay all the money for this program that I will not see results...I'm scared !
