Hi there everyone!

Hey everyone, I'm so glad to have found this place. My name is Laney, I'm 23 and I'm from New York. I'm hoping to find some support here, and I'm especially happy that this forum has a section for women with PCOS. Perhaps you ladies can help me get through the ups and downs of trying to lose weight and dealing with this condition.

I'm looking forward to getting to know new people and making new friends.

Welcome Laney, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join
