Health as a goal!
Hey all!!
I'm Lozz! :) This website is really really cool!! the photo gallery of the before and after pics is one of the most motivational things I've seen in a long time! Well basically I'm not that much overweight..infact a lot of people would consider me a normal weight. However lately I have been getting into bad habits of restrictive eating and the bouts of binge eating...:( this of course is not healthy and can lead to weight can. So in an effort to prevent weight gain, I've decided to embark on a non-restrictive healthy eating plan... " a stitch in time saves nine" and all that!! Whilst focusing on health, it would be quite nice if weightloss was a by product of my new healthy lifestyle! I am currently 129 lbs and would really love to be 115lbs. I am much more comfortable at this weight and right now I just don't feel comfortable in my own skin. So thats my story! :) |
Welcome! There is a Featherweights section here on 3FC that I think you may fit right into...I would check it out if you haven't already. Health is of the upmost importance, so I'm glad you've decided to shift your approach in its direction! Weight loss naturally comes with a healthy lifestyle, but it doesn't always work out the other way around.

Welcome! I think you made a wise decision. I was just telling my husband that when I lose the weight I've got to keep on working to keep it off. Check out the featherweight section. Wishing you all the best!
