I just started 4 days ago. I've been checking out this site as a visitor and decided I could use the support as a member. I am amazed that I've made it 4 days. With the help and ideas of this group, I can make it one more day, and one more day and one more day.

Welcome Caraab, Glad to have you join us. Great job on the first 4 days. The longer you stick with it the easier it gets. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
