Hello! I am so glad I found this forum. I am 30 years old and have been struggling with weight loss for the past 20 years. Recently I joined Xsport and started planning my wedding, this is it, I need to lose weight! Not only for my wedding but for me, because it has been a lifelong battle and this time I need to win. Thanks for the support and I hope to make some friends here.

Welcome Arel, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
