Hi! I'm really wanting just someone to talk to and keep me motivated ect. I would get on here everyday but I oblly hav internet on my phone and its super slow! I do have yahoo chat on here tho =) it just help me a lot to havesome one to help keep me n check and also help them out so if anyone wants a diet buddy to talk to that would be great!

I know what you mean, none of my friends are dieting so I have no one to talk to about my struggles, goals, and success. It would be nice to have a buddy who wants to lose just as much weight as I do so we can motivate one another.

I'd love that. Where is your location? I live in Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen, Scotland. I just joined last night. Starting Body Attack classes tomorrow morning and have Zumba at lunchtime. Thursday is going to be my fitness day! From Eilidh xxxx

You have a really great idea I'm in! I'm hoping to lose about 8 lbs a month for a long time cuz i have about 100 to lose but 60 to be looking normal. :hug: buddies then?
