Hello everyone!!

Hi! My name is Kristin and I am 28 years old. I had great success with Atkins and went into maintenance about halfway through my goal. I felt happy with where I was at the time. Now I am back ... ready to go back on Phase 1 and really lose this weight. I can't wait. I am very excited to get to this next chapter in my life!!! Lots has happened since I left 3FC ....:carrot: This forum helped me so much before, and I can only hope I can connect with a few people that will help me out again!
