I've lurked this community for awhile, but now i'm tired of lurking! So, down to the nitty gritty about myself. Here is the basic rundown of my weight gain, When I was young, I was pretty healthy, then when I was 13 I had heart surgery...gained weight, when I was 18 I met my, now ex, who i was with for 6 years, gained alot.
Now i've decided after so long to get my life back on track, i've joined a gym and go atleast 5 of the 7 days (I LOVE Cardio and Zumba!...and swimming, oh how i looooove to swim!)
Honestly it's been a battle with food my whole life, I LOVE food, I find comfort in it, but now i'm trying to break away from that habit.
But yeah, i'm very excited to be here
