Hello All !
I am proud to announce myself as a new member(i just started the Medifast plan) ! I finally came to realize it's time to reveal a better me and decided i should start here. I am 26yrs old from Connecticut and in need of a life change . Feels great to know that i am not alone in this. After reading a few posts I would like to congratulate those who have lost weight already and i would like to wish those who are just starting like myself all the best. I am really looking forward to meeting other members and sharing the experience.:carrot:
