Weight Loss Buddies Wanted!
 

Hi everyone!

I'm Shawnee, I'm 5'2" and 160 lbs. Wearing a size 12 right now. I want to get down to 110 lbs. Today is my starting point.

Anyone doing P90X or Power 90? I'm doing a mixture of both.

Shawnee, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Just find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
