Hello to all
 

Well I'm back to 3FC after a long time. I had done really well and lost about 50lbs before then I exerienced alot of setbacks due to health issues and gained it all back plus a few. Thankfully I have found a couple of wonderful doctors..got a proper diagnosis or should I say several proper diagnosises and am now (hopefully) on the road to managing my conditions and moving forward in my life. With the new meds that I am on I can now do things that are important for weight loss...like move, lol. I look forward to getting to know you all. I am 34 years old, married with 3 kids (ages 15, 9, 7). I am 100 lbs overweight but that just means that I have to lose 1 lb a hundred times :) . I started the journey 2 weeks ago and am already making good progress. I came back to 3FC because the support I recieved last time was a big part of my sucess. So, here's to us, our journeys, and getting to know eachother and help eachother suceed!
