So confused

I'm new and seriously confused lol

Feeling really stupid here...I can't figure out where I click to go back and change my profile info, and where is everyone getting those cute weight loss tracker things as their signatures?

Hi Shanny! If you want to change your profile info, Click on User CP on the left hand side of the screen.

Also, I went to tickerfactory.com for my weightloss tracker!!

You have to be a member at least 20 days AND have at least 20 posts before you can get a ticker in your signature as well.

Where do I put my ticker once I get one from the website you mention? I'm so new at forums I'm not really sure how they work :shrug: Do I have to put my "signature" each time or is a place that I put it once and it remembers me?
