Hey I am new to the community but defiantly not to trying to lose weight! I have been trying to lose weight for about the last 2 1/2 years now. I was successful at first and lost about 50lbs in a period of 6 months but sadly I gained it back when I got pregnant. When I weighed in at the hospital after my c-section it said 300lbs, I was mortified that I had let myself go THAT bad. So after I healed and was released by the doctor I went back at it!
Right now I am at 252, I just started doing the Slim in 6 series yesterday and am kinda sore today but you know what they say, no pain no gain! I am doing this not only for myself but for my family as well. I don't want my daughter to remember me over weight, I want to be able to keep up with her and to be there for all of her special moments in life. My husbands support has been instrumental in my weight loss and I am so thankful that he supports my journey to health completely
Right now I am using my fitness pal for calorie counting but I wanted something more than the forum they offer there so here I am!
