I'm new the site, but not new to trying to lose weight. I'm hoping that I can make a real change this time! You always gotta be hopeful, right?
This time around I have a healthier mindset. I want to lose weight and exercise more because I realized I don't like how sluggish and crappy I feel when I'm not active.
People on this forum seem really nice and supportive. I'm excited.
