3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi everyone , I am a longtime failed dieter from Europe . I began dieting when I was a teenager , not overweight in reality but in my mind I was. The horrible cycle began. In 2008 I lost 7 stones easily and quickly using Lighter Life meal replacement packs . I felt like a Princess and looked great. My clothes were size 8 (which is a UK size 8 ) ..and even then a little big. At 175m tall, I looked good. My life was finally complete and I laughed my way through the year, the life and soul of every event. Of course I had a glass of wine in my hand at every event too. Gradually I added the snacks with the wine , then the dinner...carefully refusing all carbs and kidding myself that I had control . Here I am , exactly 3 years later and 5 stones heavier..totally out of control again .

This forum has given me hope , the stories I have read are so similar to mine in many cases and in other cases, I see hope and motivation. I so need that help and support to get me back on track this year.
