My name is Courtney, I'm 20 years old and from Memphis, TN. I came across this site last night while browsing around the internet. I've never seen a site like this before. I became captivated by it instantly! All of you are so incredibly inspiring, so dedicated.. Ya'll are amazing! I've never felt this motivated before in my life. Congratulations to you ALL!

Not a huge amount of weight to lose, but it's so very hard for me to stay on track. I've tried many times to get into dieting & working out before, and it always only lasts for about a week. I'm hoping this forum will keep me motivated & help me reach my goal!! Actually, I'm not just looking to meet my goal.. I'm hoping for a lifestyle change! Any advice and/or tips would be greatly appreciated! I'm completely clueless when it comes to working out and dieting, just kind of learning as I go!
My biggest problems I would have to say are late night snacking & not being active enough.
