Hello there. :-)

I am new to these forums. Need to lose weight and improve health, so have gone on a proper diet. I need to do something for accountability, so I have made a blog, and joined 3fatchicks.

Looks like a nice active forum. Some of the forums I looked at are dead. Sad. But this one if hopping. :)
