My name is Tabitha and I found this site by sheer luck. I am on a journey to be healthier in my life. Last year I had a scare with my lungs and that was the wake up call I needed. For years I used my disability as an excuse to not lose weight, but that can't work any more. I am dedicated and so far I've lost 18 pounds. I know this community will be great for me!!
