Newbie
Hello all! I've recently made the decision it get into some shape other than round! I guess you could say I'm doing it the old fashioned way.....just eating better and working out. I count calories and work out for about 20 minutes. I'm just getting started so these 20 minute workouts are killing me! I'm too self-conscious to go to the gym so I've been working out a few Jillian Michaels DVDs. I'm down 3lbs so far with a long way to go. You guys have any tips?
One more thing, I'd like to have that tracker thing to but I'm unsure of how to post it?
