Today I realized how close I am to becoming overweight, i.e I calculated my BMI... I am not fit, I have never been, but I used to be the skinny fat girl and that was ok with me... Now I am 33, went through all sorts of stressful times and gained 20+ pounds. So now I'm just fat, nearly overweight by BMI, which given my complete lack of muscle mass, is really worrisome
The main challenge for me is starting to exercise. I plan on trying to exercise at home for 20-30 min every day. I also became an emotional eater recently and so diet is not as easy as it used to (I did successfully lose 5-10 pounds a couple of times before).
I feel that I will give this up by next week unless I find some support/weight loss budy... Anyone with similar goals interested?
