Newbie!!

Hello there

My name is Liz I am 30 & have a 1yr old little boy called Elliott, I have spent the last year not really worrying about my weight but just enjoying being a mummy which means I have put a lot of weight on :( I have weighed myself today & was a little shocked at how much I weigh but I won't see that number again so now is the time to really change my lifestyle & get healthy!
