Hey ya'll!

Hey everyone, i'm new to this forum. A friend of mine found it on the weight watchers online community and told me about it. I really need some support because I really want to lose about 40 lbs. I have recently decided to participate in the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk for a cure! I need to get in shape so I can walk the entire 60 miles.

It would be great to get to know some people in the Charleston, SC area.

Hi DJ, I'm new too--just started. I don't live near Charleston, but I do live in SC in the Upstate area. Good luck! I'm thinking of signing up for the couch to 3k walk that they're having here.
