Another Newbie

  • Hi there, I've been dieting for years but decided that this year was it. I started at 189 January 1st and as of today have lost 5 pounds. I don't eat perfect, but better than I used to. I have developed a love of running and am now jogging/walking 4 miles 3 times a week. I just found this website tonight and decided to check it out!
