first time here
 

well hello fellow dieters first time here and i just wanted some support and a place to vent since no one around me really gets how hard this is for me just started a diet in december and when the holidays came around bam over well im getting back on and im hoping to lose 5o pounds :D hoping to make some friends too good luck to you all out there hopefully next year around this time we all have a real soultion and not resoultions lol

Hi. I am also a first timer here. I figured I needed more outside support. I have the support of my best friend and my son, but that's about it. My mom lives with me and only supports me when I want to eat something she also wants. If not then she makes suggestions she knows I shouldn't have.

My boyfriend talks about wanting to lose weight also but he sometimes brings me lunch at work, today's choice was a pork-chop smothered in cheese! I did pretty good, and only took a few bites :)

We have forums by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings), amount to lose (like the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more), and a whole lot more. Look around, find a spot, and jump in.

thanks to you both it is very hard when your parner just hinks he gets the stuggle my husbands like that ill say ok babe im dieting and he would bring me checkers burger and large fries and not that he is doing it on purpose he just wanted to feed his wife lol ill defintly look into the different forums
