Just me. :-)
Hi there everyone.
I'm Charlotte. :-) I'm really trying to lose roughly 20 more pounds. Throughout highschool and the beginning of college, my weight has yoyo-ed (not drastically) and I'm looking to become healthier and more fit. I'm almost halfway to having my AA degree completed and after that I'll be joining the military. I know there is rigorous training involved, but I would like to be more in shape before I get to boot. I've already seen some wonderful things on this board and am glad to be around all of you great folks. I'm hoping for support and encouragement; and am more than willing to give it! After all, what you put in is what you get out. :-) At the moment, I'm partaking in Zumba and Turbo Fire. (When I've gotten about halfway; I think I'll start Insanity!) |

Hey Charlotte! :wel3fc: You've definitely found a great spot for support.
Since your starting weight is relatively close to your goal weight, you might want to check out our "Featherweights" forum...there are different issues that come with losing a smaller amount of weight, and the folks there really understand them! We also have groups by age range and plan, so look around and you're sure to find a few spots that feel right. Then just jump on in and get to posting. Hope to see you around! |
