really looking for support
I am new to this site and am looking for support for those who have found a healthy way to eat on a daily basis for a life time. I do not want to diet anymore but to eat healthy. Any ideas?

first off, welcome to 3FC! I am eating the South Beach way. It is very easy to maintain long term. the first few days are a sugar detox, and they are the hardest. Otherwise, I am satisfied, never hungry, can eat out using the basic principles, and am losing weight. Good luck with finding your new way of eating!

You'll find that most of 3FC's posters fall more or less into that mindset...that this is a lifestyle change, which we undertake to keep ourselves healthy for the rest of our lives. You might particularly want to look at the "Whole Foods Lifestyle" forum, for those who focus their plans specifically on eating more whole, natural foods. Jump on in and get to posting. you have a good way of thinking diets set you p for failure less processed packaged foods and reducing your calorie intake throw in some fruits and veggies and exercise and you are on your way to a new lifestyle.... welcome and good luck!
