My weight has been a problem for the last 16 years. I don’t know how I let myself get this way and when I look at myself, it just reminds me of the things I have missed out of the last couple of years because of my weight. I’ve tried to lose weight a couple of time before and it worked well for a while but I always gave up on it and resorted back to my old ways. I want to make it work this time and I want the results to last. I’m not going to go into the past because that what it is THE PAST. I know how I got here now I want to work on where I’m going. I appreciate all the warm welcomes I have received and think this site is just what I need to keep me motivated and working towards a better me.

Welcome! I'm new too. Just a little less new. I'm here because I recognized that I needed support from like-minded people and that is what 3FC is here for. I highly recommend the Weight Loss Support Forum and the individual support forums such as the 100lb Club and the 20-something Club.
