Hello everyone, I am new to the forum.
I have been debating on this for awhile now.
I am a full time student(5 classes). I am looking at trying a co-op and work study too( this is a maybe). My hb and I have 2 children(one teen and one 9 yr. old). I know that I don't have a lot of time to plan for things, plus I am spending large amounts of time on the computer( not be activate as I should be). I am going to give this a try. First I am now 43 years old, weight is 162 LBS, and about 5'6" . I think when I googled it , I could do 23 points per day. How do find a break down of what to fix or that is quick to snack on? How to get started? I would like to loose about 23-25 lbs.if possible. Thanks for any help:) This mg, I had for breakfast: 2 small pc of liver mush( fried w/ no oil), 1 egg, and 1 biscuit, 1 weight watchers berry yogurt that said 1 pt. on it. How many pts. would that be for example? |
