I've finally found what works

For years I have been struggling with trying to lose weight. I have been overweight all my life and currently need to loose 100-125lbs.

I have tried everything multiple times, but I think I have finally found what is going to work for me.

I am using the Eat Clean Plan, Weight Watchers and blogging about my weight loss journey. The Eat Clean Plan tells me what to eat, weight watchers guides me on how much to eat and the blog keeps me motivated and on track.

If anyone wants to follow my blog or check out my story my blog is titled yearoftheshrinkingmommy and it is posted at blogspot.com.

I don't have enough posts to put the link it yet, but I will post it when I am able to.

Good luck! You can post blogs here, too. It really does help to share.

Hey there, and :wel3fc:

We have a great Weight Watchers forum, so do check that out. You also might want to look at the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more.

Wherever you post, jump on in and get to posting! I can't wait to get to know you better!
