hi everyone.

am new on here today. im 26(tomorrow) and ive been married just over a year.my husband and i are looking to start a family so i think its about time i made an effort to lose weight.

over the last few years my weight has slowly crept up,ive tried eating healthily but i always give up.hopefully not this time though!!

im really not happy with my weight,and i feel uncomfortable when i go out for a few drinks.i would love to be able to go out without pulling my tops down to cover my belly or wear nice dresses.

well thats enough for now,i hope to meet some lovely people here who can support me and encourage me.:)
